Over the years I’ve gone from the girl who thought bacon and cheese were the only food groups, to studying nutrition and being the one who family and friends turn to for health advice.
Talking about nutrition and helping others lead their healthiest, happiest lives is my jam.
Healing my body in a natural, maintainable, and holistic way has truly transformed my life and I want to teach you to do the same.
When I’m not shooting food and product, I love working out and creating whole food gluten and dairy free recipes inspired by my own struggles with IBS, food intolerances and acne.

I’m not going to lie, there is no magic cure. Healing takes time but after years of essentially being a guinea pig, I’ve narrowed in on the steps that actually work and I’m handing them over to you.

You inspired this book. I didn’t realise how awful IBS was or how little help there was until I experienced it myself. I started sharing my experience and was shocked at how many people were suffering too.
After receiving so many heart-breaking messages from people feeling ignored by their doctor, alone, lost, frustrated and in an unnecessary world of pain, I felt I HAD to write this book.
I truly hope it gives you clarity, comfort and the tools you need to start healing your gut for good.
Just like you, I have first-hand experience of horrendous IBS, leaky gut, inflammation, food intolerances and parasites.
I have been lucky enough to see both medical experts and holistic health practitioners. This book is a mix of both science and holistic healing. It’s all the things I found most helpful in healing my gut and truly believe it can help you too.
Plus, I’m not a fan of gate keeping or fluffy nonsense. I have packed this book full of information that is both practical and helpful. Can I get a yaaaaaas.
Oh, and because I am sooo passionate about health and nutrition I have a diploma distinction in level 4 clinical nutrition, and am currently studying for a degree in nutritional therapy.
Absolutely not!
Truth be told, I tried them and guess what, they didn’t work as a long-term solution. IBS SOS is about giving you the knowledge, tools and resources to take the right action for you, so you can heal your gut for good.
I have included a section on FODMAPs and elimination diets as a tool to help identify triggers, not as a life long diet. In the ‘how to heal’ chapter I have suggested foods and supplements that support gut healing, as well as the foods I ate to heal from parasitic infection and dysbiosis (unbalanced gut bacteria).
The book is in a digital PDF form. When it is released, you’ll be able to purchase it from my shop page, then you will get a link to download the PDF e-book.
