I’m Elle, a 20 something nutritionist who’s all about using wholesome food, fitness and holistic health to heal your body, and relieve the symptoms that you’ve learnt to ‘just live with’.

My ethos is simple: health is for everyone; your version of healthy may look very different from mine but that’s a-okay. It’s about finding what works for you and your body; it’s about finding your healthy.

I believe in:

MY STORY

I was about 19, working in an office and utterly miserable. I was no longer doing any exercise (I grew up doing ballet) and my diet of Coco Pops, Petit Filous, bacon and all the cheese had caught up with me. My cystic, hormonal acne was flaring (despite having been on Roaccutane), my digestion was awful, I was frequently in pain and often so tired and low that I’d break down in tears.

Tired of popping pills, going to my GP and feeling l like sh*t, I turned to a more holistic approach to health. Thank goodness I did, because I haven’t looked back!

Through years of research, studying, and my own struggles, I’ve learnt a lot and want to share all of it with you, in the hope it’ll transform your life too.

Death row meal: salmon, platter of roast veg & avocado (obvs). Since I’m about to die, i’d order dessert too; raw vegan caramel slice, please

Go to snacks: nut mix, fruit (especially bananas, pineapple & berries) with raw chocolate or nut butter & cinnamon

Foodie dislike: anchovies, peas, pears, offal & anything hot n’ spicey

Favourite workout: anything super sweaty; HIIT, circuits, hot vinyasa yoga

Favourite colour: blue! It reminds me of summer skies & tropical seas

Top 3 films: Shawshank Redemption, Bourne (only with Matt Damon), Finding Nemo

Ultimate dream: live on the sunshine coast in Australia

Biggest fears: loneliness, failure, sharks, moths and losing my teeth

Guilty pleasure: prancing in my pyjamas in my kitchen listening to dance anthems

Something unusual: I have a titanium jar due to double maxillo-facial surgery when I was 17 (I had an underbite; imagine one of those fish that dwells at the bottom of the deep ocean, that was me)
