I'm Elle.

Food and product photographer, holistic health and fitness lover.

So glad you chassed on by (I presume you chassed in, or is that just me?) However you got here, I’m so happy to have you.

I love all things health just as much as I love getting to be creative and capture concepts for brands.

Over on the blog you can find whole food, gluten and dairy free recipes inspired by my own struggles with IBS, food intolerances, hormonal imbalance and acne. Rest assured that I will never make you give up desserts (because chocolate is life. Am I right?!)

I’m currently based in Winchester, Hampshire, but always dreaming of sunshine and palm trees (I’m looking at you Australia).

I was never one for being stuck at a desk crunching numbers…

But give me my camera and a creative challenge and I’m in my element.

My passion for photography stems from always being more of a creative person and wanting to be able to take better photographs for my own website. That hobby flourished into my career.

I love colour (it just makes me happy), and thinking outside the box; trousers as curtains anyone?

I offer a fully remote service from my home studio, but am also happy travel to Winchester and Hampshire based locations.

Aside from photography, I am hugely passionate about nutrition and fitness.

I know how frustrating it is to have symptoms like bloating (hello elasticated waistband), pain, low mood, and acne, that no-one can seem to solve.

After clearing the chemist shelves of acne products, seeing my GP more times than my own family, and trying every diet under the sun, I turned to holistic health.

After seeing positive results, I wanted to share my discoveries. I want you to know how to heal your body naturally, how to enjoy delicious treats even with food intolerances, to find what’s actually causing your symptoms, and how to build a solid workout routine.

I’m also partial to black coffee, chicory coffee, Remedy Kombucha, and a full bodied red.

Dance music fuels my workouts, and lifts my mood.

I grew up with my dad playing dance tracks on the stereo every Saturday and I’ve loved them ever since.

My favourite memories are from family holidays abroad, playing in the pool with my sister.
