I’m Elle, a 20 something nutritionist who’s all about using wholefoods, fitness and holistic health to prevent illness and heal your body.
My ethos is simple: HEALTH IS FOR EVERYONE; your version of healthy may look very different from mine but that’s a-okay. We all thrive off different diets and lifestyles. It’s about finding what works for you and your body; it’s about finding your healthy.

I was about 19, working in an office and utterly miserable. I was no longer doing any exercise (I grew up doing ballet) and my diet of Coco Pops, Petit Filous, bacon and all the cheese had caught up with me. My cystic, hormonal acne was flaring (despite having been on Roaccutane), my digestion was awful, I was frequently in pain and often so tired and low that I’d break down in tears.
Tired of popping pills, going to my GP and feeling l like sh*t, I turned to a more holistic approach to health. Thank goodness I did, because I haven’t looked back!
Through years of research, studying, and my own struggles, I’ve learnt a lot and want to share all of it with you, in the hope it’ll transform your life too.
