Post infectious IBS & my sensitive acne prone skin ↓
I’ve experienced my fair share of gut and skin issues including eczema, acne and IBS.
After exhausting conventional options, I turned to nutrition and quickly saw positive changes in my skin. But it wasn’t until 2017, after struggling with post-infectious IBS from a holiday to Bali, that I discovered the power of nutritional therapy.
It inspired me to study for a degree in nutritional therapy and turn it into my career. My approach is empathetic, evidence-based and tailored to your needs.
In my spare time, you’ll find me writing, taking photos, working out, listening to dance music, or hugging our rescue dogs, Loki and Figgy.
