Your body is always trying to keep itself in balance but sometimes things go awry. That’s when symptoms like brain fog, acne, hair loss, mood swings & fatigue creep in.

Often there is nothing majorly wrong but symptoms can still have a SIGNIFICANT impact on your life. And symptoms don’t occur for no reason, they’re an indication that a system (or systems) in your body are struggling & need some TLC.

Finding the root cause of symptoms allows for target solutions that enable the body to bring itself back into balance. So those pesky symptoms can stop rearing their ugly heads 👺🧟‍♀️👹

🪱REMOVE: remove foods that may be irritating the gut or causing a reaction e.g lactose in lactose intolerance. Remove any infections like parasites or H.pylori.
.
💊REPLACE: replace what it lacking e.g hydrochloric acid, digestion enzymes, mucilage & nutrients like gluten-free grains in Celiac disease.
.
🪡REPAIR: repair the intestinal wall to prevent hyperpermeability, immune activation & systemic inflammation.
.
🦠REINOCULATE: reinoculate the gut to help prevent disease with prebiotics (eat your fibre!), probiotics, & postbiotics if needed. Eating fibre will feed the beneficial bacteria which will increase the production of postbiotics.

⚖️REBALANCE - rebalance gut flora & sense of wellbeing by addressing diet & lifestyle.
